i've been here ALOT! and i have never been disapointed or left hungry. This place is a GREAT breakfast place but its good for any meal of the day (great hamburger and tortilla soup if offered). I normally get the blueberry pancakes because they are so massive and good, your going to leave stuffed and if you don't finish your meal no problem take it home along with your beverage! The staff is always friendly and there is a lively atomosphere in which your rushed and you can relax and enjoy your meal! Tons of food options and there are locations all around and they don't very much so i suggest try Cracker barrel if your in town. I normally drop around 10 bucks here but its worth it!

Went there for lunch with a huge line up to get in. There's tons of old people too so I was thinking, this place will be good! But .... it's not ... chicken was bad, and food was overall too salty. Went there once, won't be going back!

Breakfast was a disappointment. Food was cold and you did not get what you ordered. They should inform you that they serve family style when you order. Overall taste was bland. Not impressed.

Service was excellent but the pancakes, not so much. I ordered pancakes with eggs and sausage. The pancakes were rubber-like and chewy. I took a bite from each of the three to be sure it was consistent. The waitress asked me about it and said she would pass on my experience. She did not charge me for the meal.

This one of those places that was great when it first opened but since then has kinda changed direction. I eat here once in a blue moon to see if anything has changed but I'm not a fan of crowds and noisy places. I was raised on good old southern comfort foods and the Cracker is close to the bottom of the barrel for me lately when it comes to great food and service. They serve a nice breakfast, and lunch the place is fairly clean. Sorry I consider this place more of a tourist trap fine if you like that sort of thing but I always feel rushed when I enter CB to be seated? The food is ok but nothing fantastic nor the service. I've eaten at different C.B's nationwide and some are better than others guess it depends where they are located and the people? I would pass unless you have no other options maybe try BoB Evans down the road off Williams. Different crown and food but I don't feel as rushed for some reason when I eat there vs the cracker barrel go figure?
